Service Description
Meet with KGC Mobile Services to discuss your mobile specimen collection needs, review your laboratory order, and explore scheduling and payment options. If you’re unable to pay the mobile collection fee upfront, we can discuss possible payment arrangements with your physician, healthcare provider, employer, or healthcare facility when appropriate. Our goal is to make professional mobile specimen collection as accessible and convenient as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy A non-refundable $25 standard, mobile/travel fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This fee is separate from the cost of the selected service and covers travel within our standard service area. Locations outside our standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee. Any additional charge will be communicated prior to the appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. KGC Mobile Services proudly provides mobile specimen collection throughout the Springfield and Dayton, Ohio areas. Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
