Service Description
KGC provides secure, confidential stool specimen pickup from your home, workplace, or preferred location. We securely transport properly collected specimens to your designated laboratory or healthcare provider according to handling requirements. This service is for specimens that have already been collected by the client and does NOT include specimen collection. **Clients are responsible for collecting the specimen and ensuring all laboratory paperwork and collection instructions are available at the time of pickup. *** Standard-area travel fee is included in listed service prices. Additional travel fee may apply or locations outside our standard services area and will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy A non-refundable $25 standard, mobile/travel fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This fee is separate from the cost of the selected service and covers travel within our standard service area. Locations outside our standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee. Any additional charge will be communicated prior to the appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. KGC Mobile Services proudly provides mobile specimen collection throughout the Springfield and Dayton, Ohio areas. Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
